Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept any exchanges or refunds for change of mind or for general wear and tear. All items are carefully looked over prior to postage however, if you do find your garment to be faulty, please contact us via email at hello.almultazima@gmail.com with details of the product, the defect and order number.

We will examine the garment and determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

If you qualify for a return, you must have the item in the same condition you received it with tags, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase.

We have a strict 7 day return policy starting from the day you receive your item in order to request a return, if it is defective.

Please note that customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs for returned items.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number when returning items to avoid any potential issues with missing packages.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
